Terms and Conditions

Orders:

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Serious buyer only.

Do not cancel order without reason. No backouts and exchange after orders confirmed. Backout buyers strictly will be BLACKLISTED.

Postage charges are beared by customers.

Colour of stocks may vary due to background lighting.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during shipping of item(s).

Payments are to be made within 1 (one) day after confirmation.

Item(s) will be mailed out within 1 (one) working day once payment has been received.


Returns and Refunds

Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable EXCEPT  if a delivered item is defected.

The item must be returned to us within 7 days from delivery; in a perfect, unused, untagged, unworn and original shape. Used or deficient products will not be accepted for return. All tags must be intact and items packaged to protect their shape to insure proper credit.

Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment. 

If we receive an item for an exchange or return that we do not feel meet our hygiene and health criteria, we reserve the right to refuse these items.

Mail postage for returned or exchange items is to be paid by customer.
